Terms Of Membership
By signing up and actively participating in GypsyJackpot, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. GypsyJackpot may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its affiliates. It is your responsibility to note and comply with future changes, amendments, additions and removals. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in GypsyJackpot following our posting of a change in policy or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Members:
You must be 14 years of age or older to participate in this program.

You agree to and must use your own name and e-mail address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different e-mail addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing Gypsy Jackpot account. Any violation is grounds for immediate termination.

You will use your e-mail address / password combination to access your account. It is your responsibility to keep this information confidential. You may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your GypsyJackpot account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by GypsyJackpot be detected it will result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.

You may NOT use aol.com for your email address.

Relationship of the Parties:
You and GypsyJackpot are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and GypsyJackpot. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of GypsyJackpot. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:
GypsyJackpot will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement, even if GypsyJackpot has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, GypsyJackpot aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Payouts:
Members may earn cash by completing advertiser’s offers after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by Gypsy Jackpot. Members may also earn by referring new members to GypsyJackpot. Once the member has reached a $10 minimum threshold, they will automatically be paid their account balance between the 30th and 5th of the following month. (Ex. Creditted offers in account by July 31, Payout will be sent between August 30th and September 5th.) Payout does not necessarily include all referral bonuses. Referral signup bonuses are only paid when your referral reaches their 1st successful payout of $10.

Reasons for Membership Suspension/Termination:
-Member has more than 1 account per person, per household or computer. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. GypsyJackpot will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
-Member has 4 or more reversals or 50% reversals (whichever is lower) on offers in any given month. Reversals occur when member signs up for an offer then cancels it immediately, signing up with fake information, using a credit card that doesn't work or not following through on the advertiser‘s terms.
-Member uses a pre-paid credit or debit card for any trial or membership offers.
-Member does not provide proof of identity when requested by GypsyJackpot.
-Member repeats same offer(s) more than once (this does not include the occasional 100% Free offers). 1st occurrence- member will be warned, 2nd occurrence- 30-day suspension, 3rd occurrence-termination .
-Member posts information on completing or cancelling offers or other ways of taking advantage of advertisers through public website or forum or privately to their referrals.
-Member may not use a proxy or other method to hide location.
-Member found using falsified information in either completing offers or in their account information will be terminated without notice.
-Member changes account information such as PayPal account information or name on the account during term of membership without notifying GypsyJackpot beforehand.

Zero Tolerance:
Members who are caught trying to cheat the system, or encourage others to cheat the system, by violating the above guidelines will be canceled by GypsyJackpot immediately without consideration. GypsyJackpot also has the right to reverse/take back any payments that have been made to any member who has been terminated due to fraud.

Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with GypsyJackpot and may result in legal prosecution. GypsyJackpot strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. GypsyJackpot may charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent.
